The hotel staff, from the security guard at the front gate to the room service and breakfast crew, were very friendly and helpful. The distance to my destination was only 300 meters. The food was varied and delicious. The hot water from the shower was very strong and comfortable. I was lucky!! Since I arrived at 10 am to confirm, the FO called me at 12 noon and said the room was ready. That was very helpful because I had two small children with me. Thank you very much Hotel Manhattan!! Don't forget to try the Indian restaurant on the 36th floor, it was delicious!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the experience has been consistently good. The check-in process was quick and easy, with only a small deposit of IDR 50,000 required. There are plenty of food stalls and local eateries around the hotel, making it very convenient to find meals. The location is also great—only about 500 meters from a shopping center. I have stayed at Avissa Hotel for 6 months, and for my current visit, I chose Avissa from the many hotels in Jakarta because I already know and like staying at Avissa with all its goodness, it doesn't need to be luxurious like 5 stars but Avissa offers other things that I might not be able to experience in other places, like staying at home, hopefully Avissa continues to be better and more advanced, recommended place to visit when in Jakarta.

I have a superb 2 nights stay at Raffles Jakarta with family, the check-in is smooth like butter. I arrived early at 12.10 noon and the receptionist on duty was so kind; he checked me in 10 minutes later. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food selection. Unforgettable.
