My stay was exceptional! Maya resort Ubud are definitely a very good place to stay in Ubud. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially their front office staff who helped me checked in, she was really friendly and sincere. Every part of the resort are clean, the view is beautiful. I have never written a review for a hotel before, but I think I should now. This hotel is top-notch! Seriously, just 15 minutes from the city centre of Ubud, you will get 100 % relaxing and breathtaking experiences. When we first came, they gave us a welcome drink and told us what else we get (for free) while we stay there. We get to experience wearing Bali clothes, and 30 minutes photoshoot (1 free photo to be own), they also have a yoga place so you could have your morning yoga while watching the beautiful rice fields. We went there for my birthday, and they have this package and you can ask for birthday decorations in your room. I was so surprised. Not only that, on your birthday, while you eat breakfast, they will give you free cake and. It was so good! Hahahaha. Don't forget to try their massages too. Ohh I wish I could stay longer, everything is satisfying. If you go to Ubud with your partner, you need to come here!

The resort was really nice. The room is big and the staffs are awesome. But it's too bad that because we bought through the agent, for the breakfast we didn't get the bread. When we asked for the bread with the staff, they said because we bought through the agent, so we didn't get the bread.

The receptionists here are so nice. Although they don't speak English so well, they still manage to communicate with you using Google Translate. Love the atmosphere here, it's like a small village where you can enjoy the nature peacefully. However, the toilet needs to be cleaned better and the facilities need to be upgraded: the water flow is so weak, and the floor is not bright white.
