Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. Ascent Hotel & Cafe Malang (Formely Maxone Ascent Hotel Malang)
Nice hotel. Easy access. Very friendly staff. Not try the food, but should be OK. Many western people was found there. Need improvement for the parking area on the back side, perhaps can be add shades roof so the customer car can be protected from rain and sun. But overall, the hotel is OK.
