The facilities are nice, foods are delicious, many great spots to take some photos, staffs are nice and helpful. Will stay there again on my next visitation.

I had the pleasure of staying at 101 Dago during Lebaran Holiday, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The lobby had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious and large bedding, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with good quality toiletries. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to supermarket and restaurants. One of the highlights was the excellent check in staff, Rahman, and the restaurant staff, Afrizal. Beside that, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was the concierge’s helpful suggestions for things to do or the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail, it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet area, which made it really peaceful and relaxing, yet still very easy to reach the city center. Took us around 10 to 15 mins. Whether you're looking for a restful escape or a convenient base to explore the city, this place is a great choice. The room is spacious and the hot water is always on🥰 Highly recommended for budget hotel, yet kids friendly.

it was our 5th staycation here, we always satisfied everytime stay in Serela Merdeka. The room is fine, the bathroom is clean, the various & yummy breakfast. And the big point why we choose Serela merdeka is walking distance from public area such as mall, shopping center, mosque, park, hospital etc. See you again Serela💛

The location is good. You could find lots of street food nearby. The room is good, less noice and clean. Air Conditioner good enough. The bathroom is clean with strong push shower. All is good and nice.

This hotel is awesome. The staff is very friendly, our check in time was quick, and their response to our needs was fast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was delicious. We were really happy to stay here and would love to return here in next holiday at Bandung. Very recommended hotel.
