When i checked in to the room, i can immediately tell that the carpet was not cleaned regularly. It was rough to the touch and dusty. The pool wasn't very clean either, the water is all cloudy and there was no clean towel. The room service also needs improvement. I asked for a change of clean towel twice before they finally deliver it. But the one thing that needs major improvement is the carpet: it was dirty inside and outside of the room, sometimes i can even see the dust floating in the air... The maintenance fee might be costly but it is essential for the guest's health (i was coughing all the time). I hope the management pay a serious attention to this.
