My first experience staying at Novus Giri Puncak Hotel was truly satisfying. All the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. My first time staying in Puncak and it was a great experience. I brought my family for a staycation and took the family room. The room is spacious and has 3 beds. Each room has a balcony. So far, this is the most spacious room I've researched. By the way, the rooms at this hotel are always fully booked, especially on weekends (don't ask about long weekends), so always book early. The staff are friendly and super responsive. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the restaurant team is very quick to refill when something runs out, so there's no waiting. I'd say it's great. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

I was very satisfied with my stay at WindHill. The room was spacious, the amenities were good, and the balcony had a direct mountain view. The cafe and restaurant food was delicious, and I found the breakfast adequate. It's close to The Nice Playland, which the kids loved.

the room is decorated beautifully & clean...
the mountain view is awesome, at night before going to bed we can see the twinkling lights from the room, in the morning when we wake up we are treated to a mountain view & the sound of birds chirping...
the view & service at the branch resto is also good, a heater is provided if we are cold, the food is delicious...
the concept of the resort & restaurant is really cool...
