Friendly staff, have stayed here twice and always left valuables behind but they were well looked after.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The outdoor area is also extensive and impressive. Overall, everything is fine. I've stayed here twice and have always been pleasant.

My first experience staying at Novus Giri Puncak Hotel was truly satisfying. All the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too. The hotel staff is friendly, professional, the hotel atmosphere is very homey, the rooms are clean and smell good, the view from the balcony of the room is really cool and makes you feel at home, there are lots of snacks up and down the hotel, even at the hotel, if you're having fun, you can order dim sum, instant noodles and so on, as well as various drinks , in the morning you can walk to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens while exercising because it's that close & it won't be boring because the surrounding views are really pleasing to the eye, basically I will come back to stay there again if I go to Cibodas, thank you Mon Bell hotel, thank you Traveloka.

Very satisfied! The room was neat, clean, and smelled great. Even without air conditioning, the air was very cool. Each room has its own balcony, making it even more comfortable. The environment is also surrounded by aesthetic green trees—really creating a cool and peaceful atmosphere 🌿✨

the resort staff are all friendly, the service is fast... the room is decorated beautifully & clean... the mountain view is awesome, at night before going to bed we can see the twinkling lights from the room, in the morning when we wake up we are treated to a mountain view & the sound of birds chirping... the view & service at the branch resto is also good, a heater is provided if we are cold, the food is delicious... the concept of the resort & restaurant is really cool... Really feel a different experience staying here...
