Reception staff on arrival very unfriendly. Not polite or welcoming at all. We had just come from an extremely delayed long day

The beds and bath are good. The staff is exceptionally professional.

The first night we had the most horrible sleep. The bed had a huge dip in the middle and had completely lost all its support. We approached the desk the next morning and were advised we could be moved straight away to level 12 (we were on 16) or we could be put in a new room after 2pm. We opted after 2pm and while out checked what we had booked. I had paid extra to be put in a room on level 22 and higher. Realised they had not initially put us in this level room. The rooms were identical on each floor and very dated. Need modernising but are tidy. They are not spacious at all. There were three of us in the room and it was tight. Very limited space for bags. We were provided with two towels for three people, two mugs etc. luckily we were not spending much time at the hotel. It was sufficient for what we required but if planning on spending time at the hotel I would suggest elsewhere. The pool is quite small once you get quite a number of people in it. The men at the door were lovely and all very helpful.

We had a great stay the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy commutes all over Sydney.

Furniture is dated but room was big and clean for our family of 4.

I found the mattress a bit hard, no soft underlay cover.

Great facilities , excellent location, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had highly recommend True 5star accommodation

When I checked in for a Deluxe Double Double room, I was given a room very close to an office building whose workers could see into my room as I could observe them. Heavy curtains and inner curtains (that let some light in) are on the two windows however, one can't have these opened unless one wants to be visible to the workers mere meters from your room. I found this to be claustrophobic. I asked for another room and was given one on the opposite side of the building. Avoid rooms ending in 08.

Room was clean bed was super comfy. Pool, steam room and sauna great. Plenty of towels available.

Nice hotel in a good location but the service hours in the restaurants and bars were not what you expect. Limited hours, services and choices.

Room was good. Upgrade was great. The seating was uncomfortable, and well past its use by date. There was no freezer space in the fridge- important to us for medication. We'll come back again, without doubt, hoping to find new lounge seating in the room@

Hotel very clean and welcoming. Used the Spa, Jacuzzi, pool, steam room and sauna and really enjoyed it all. Very impressed with our stay.

The hotel

Night blind was broken on the window. Booking promised 'city views' and the only views seen by 10 year old daughter were a naked couple slapping each others bottoms in the adjacent building (they had their blinds into their toilet/bathroom wide open) and a Sydney traffic intersection. Pool was very crowded and noisy every time visited - we gave up after the 5th trip to see if it was a littld quieter.
