It is probably an issue with Australia and not this hotel, but we were staying there during the Easter weekend for 4 days and we only got our room cleaned once, because the cleaners were off during the Easter… Other than that it was a great stay in a great location!!

Air con was good, but be aware you must keep the sliding door closed or it will turn off. Housekeeping do their job well, but communication between the desk and cleaning staff needs to be improved. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, eager to please. Awesome location, close to shops and trams. Plenty of food options nearby.

Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly.

Clean, spacious and comfortable, adequately equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet given location 1 block off a major road. Great location. There is a small IGA grocer across the street, but on the other side of the main road, across the parking lot, the rather unprepossessing building is actually a mall with a huge Woolworth grocery store. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront, easy access to CBD - within the free tram area.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed, more than adequate kitchen, washing machine and dryer. There was access to a roof terrace with barbecue on another floor, which we did not use. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly. We had booked at short notice, because our flight had been cancelled, and it was Melbourne Grand Prix weekend, so the price was higher than usual, but less than that quoted by the hotel which we had just been staying in.

Clean and welcoming room, plenty of shops within walking distance. There's a tram stop just around the corner of the building. The gym is small but tidy and the machines work well. Was fairly quiet, though I could hear conversations from the occupants in the room next door. Outdoor noise was minimal from the high level room. Shower was wonderful with good pressure, adequate temperatures and had a rain shower head.

Group of friends staying for 2 nights to see concert at Marvel Stadium. Super close to stadium, great restaurants and bars. Staff very welcoming and when we asked for a late check out it was no trouble at all even during a busy weekend. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great views and everything you would need. Highly recommend!!!
