Honestly, such great value and location. Our standard room bathroom was a little tired, but located right on the front, beautiful pool, cafe and activities... you cannot go wrong!

Another excellent stay. Hotel room was spacious, light and bright with great views. Clean and comfortable. (Pillows too big. Would like a couple of choices- very small negative) On site facilities are great. Restaurant had a great vibe and delicious food choices. Have been several times and will certainly return. Great value for money.

Our experience was second to none the room was great the shower great ,nice big Tele to watch the footy and soccer on the pool was awesome nice and warm and only a stones throw to the beach one of the very best short getaways we’ve had and we’ve had plenty

Excellent location, love that the pool is heated. Very easy walk to beach, walking track, playground, downstairs pub/restaurant. Only a few mins drive to local Coles. Already planning next trip back with the family.

At first I was excited to find a nice seaside resort at that price. We had stayed in excellent Ramada hotels before. The exterior appearance and facilities were very nice, and the seaside beach location was great as was the heated pool. However the room was such a disappointment. It was tinier than a budget Hong Kong hotel, and the fixtures and fittings were tired, dated, and well-worn, particularly in the bathroom. Also not very clean. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and friendly, so it was a mixed bag I guess.

As soon as I walked in, there was a stench in the room coming from the pipes from the bathroom. The smell stuck around during our stay. The pictures of the bathroom didn’t match what was there; this needs to be updated. It says theres a queen bed included, but it was 2 singles put together.

I stay here every eight weeks. The staff never recognise me. I have to fill informed every time but I stay there because it’s cheap and I love the view. The view is superb is quiet. I feel safe and I always have a good sleep but other than that it is dirty. It needs a good overhaul the properties a bit tired and the staff downstairs can really do with a personality overhaul.

We stayed in a hotel style room. It was basic. Bathroom a little shabby but did have the basic necessities. Tiny little balcony. Restaurant and bar service was very good. Reception lovely staff members and the same in the restaurant. Convenient location.

Our room was terrible. Needs renovating very shabby. Black mould In 2nd bathroom in shower and on shower curtain. Cleaning is non existent, the floor has never been mopped . Our feet were black just walking on floor. There was thick layers of dust under beds , windows were dirty. The foyer confirmed the lack of cleaning with a carpet of dust under side tables and under various machines in foyer.

Excellent location right on the beach, with a huge heated pool as well as many other amenities. Nice walkway in a wooded setting along the beach.Shopping nearby. Our room was quite small, but there are others to choose from. Noise may be an issue as we had a couple of frisky game playing younger set next door. The TV system is bewilderingly complex, and after we gave up the tech guy (who came right away) advised a component was faulty. The complexity remained, however.

Spent two nights here. The location was perfect for what we needed, the hotel facilities are great, and being on the beach was another plus. Our room was a little dated but was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside our room had a strange smell in the corridor level 2. but apart from that had a great stay. Lastly all the staff were pleasant and helpful

An additional power point needed in the bathroom and 1 on each side of the bed. A rubbish bin is also required in the main room. I like all the toiletries in the large bottles - far less plastic wastage. Thanks

The room needs work, the heating didn't work, the room was a bit dirty and old. There was dust on the plastic plant and there was a lot of dust in the room. For the price we liked it because of the location and the view and fair at this price it's what you should expect. Great stay, the staff here are very helpful and it's very easy to access. Great pool and it's location is excellent. But, if you want something better you will have to spend more.
