Walkable distance to ferry stop, Queen St, Southbank. Room is a bit old but very clean and comfy. The view from our balcony was amazing, facing the Kangaroo Point and Story Bridges. Left an item in our room and the reception staff swiftly posted the item to us so we did not have to go back. Will be back!

Room service was a bit disappointing. We had to call for toilet paper, tissue box, more coat hangers, and to wash our used cups, glasses and tea pot. However after calling our requests were fulfilled.

The room was clean, the staff great. We unfortunately were either too hot or too cold... We had to call the front desk to have it adjusted. This is the second visit that we had issues.... We actually love the location... Too bad

Our room was on 3rd floor with a reasonable view although you cannot sit on the balcony & enjoy the view because there is a waist height concrete wall which means if you are sitting out there you can’t see anything over the wall. Some renovations were underway while we were there so not all facilities were available. Still an enjoyable stay.

Organised a 2pm checkout (paid extra) when checking in, yet at 12pm a cleaner was knocking at the door trying to access the room. It’s good they’re renovating the dining room, however they should be focusing on the mold in the bathrooms. Also concerning that there was someone’s nail clipping on the bathroom sink, which makes me question whether the bathroom had been cleaned
