Lovely room with sitting room , bedroom , bathroom and balcony. View out to the river. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooftop bar , staff friendly . You get a free drink voucher to use. View is amazing from up there.

It was a real find in Kangaroo Point lovely room great view from room and from the top floor restaurant should move their restaurant there permanently. Room very comfortable will visit again, if the cost remains so competitive

Unfortunately our stay this time was not satisfactory, the venue is currently under renovation and even after up selling us the breakfast we were disappointed that there was no mention of the redevelopment and the facilities being replaced with mediocre substitutes. The construction zone has also taken over at least a 5th of the available parking area which meant we stayed in once we had a carpark! Another unfortunate was the lack of choice for room service and what we received was beyond ridiculous for the price we were asked to pay! We have stayed here on numerous occasions but this time there was not much joy even staff were complacent and limited!

Room 411: a few cobwebs on ceiling. Bath waste had rotten eggs smell when water released. On a positive note dinner good albeit menu limited due to renovations and free laundry if not in use by cleaners

The room was well appionted the pool was full off leaves the gym was 2 rooms put together with 3 pieces of equipment which was dissapointing because i booked this specific because of the gym and the hall ways were very hot they should be air con in there
