It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.

The bar and restaurant were quaint. The rooms look a bit outdated though.

Great location, excellent facilities, very helpful staff

The room smelt and desperately needs a bathroom update. Couldn’t use pool or roof top bar but was still charged normal rate. Staff amazing. Very disappointed with our stay. Not sure we will stay again. We had breakfast last day it was fine but certainly not worth $52 a head.

Staff were good although they sent me a 20% off voucher but didn’t mention it when they said it was $52 for breakfast .. crazy price btw.. Definitely above average for the area and what’s on offer ..

Location was ideal for a short scenic walk to the CBD.

Great stay! Close to ferry and city

Overstay for hospital visit. Things were ok for purpose of stay.

The Junior Suite was wonderful - spacious, very comfortable bed and terrific bathroom and bath tub. The shower nozzle was a bit hit and miss but everything else was perfect! Staff very friendly and helpful and I definitely appreciated the upgrade and complimentary drinks. I’ve marked down the amenities but that is only because the renovations have limited them. I always return to this hotel when the deals are good.

Great locations & the sunset from the room we had was amazing

Enjoyed a good night at the hotel, had a stopover in Brisbane and was able to use the Point as a good base for our activities. Have stayed many times and find the staff always helpful and friendly. The rooms have improve and been updated. While we were there the lobby area was being renovated but did not affect our stay. Only point that was a bit odd, was the lack of USB A or C adaptors in the room.

Nice spot for a base. Short walk to the city cat to get around! Out of the business if downtown but close by.

Facilities good but some construction ongoing. Elevator availability and response affected. Otherwise excellent as always.

Staff at the front desk were fantastic.
