Location was great

Excellent location right on Ringstrasse and near everything. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was not included. Room was good with a nice shower. Parking was also not included but we were able to park on a side street(they will ticket if you stay too long) instead of using the hotel's recommended lot.

The staff is very friendly.

Lovely experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in such a convenient spot for everything you require for a city break. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful.

The staff here is excellent and super helpful. It’s a great location. The hotel itself is pretty basic. It gets the job done but no luxuries.

Great hotel with friendly staff

We arrived after a nine hour drive & tried to get some dinner at the rooftop restaurant where we were told we were likely to be able to be seated. We went up there & the entire restaurant, except for a couple tables were empty, but we were turned away because we didn’t have a reservation. We were able to sit in a bar area, but we’re told we could not order dinner to our table. We had a drink and the snacks available on the bar menu, sat there for about an hour and a half, finished and left. When we left, the restaurant was still over half empty. I do not know why we were not allowed to eat to be honest. Even if only at the table in the bar, the restaurant was very slow. The only reason I could come up with was the fact that my husband was black. I would love to think that that is not something that happens in the modern world, but I can’t imagine the owner of the building would want people that are ready to pay to be turned away in a nearly empty restaurant. The next morning we went to go have breakfast. The breakfast bar was out of any hot food, 30 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast time window and we were told that nothing else would be brought out. This was in the same restaurant as the night before. We had dinner downstairs at another restaurant that evening. We got an early reservation so that we could sit outside. When we showed up, we were not only not sat outside, but were sat inside, in the back of the restaurant, between two workstations for staff.

Good, clean, new hotel in the old part of Vienna, near museums, a pedestrian street, a large park, and the metro. It has an excellent restaurant on the main floor.

Definitely eat dinner at the rooftop. Dinner and staff were excellent!

This was a great place to stay! I was visiting for a conference so wanted something centrally located to the conference venue as well as the rest of the city. The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and had helpful staff. Most importantly for me, it was quiet. I had a room facing the street and it was easy to sleep at night.

Hotel location is excellent. Reception desk is great. Pool and bar on the rooftop are great! The only 1 downside is AC, it won't let you lower temperature lower than 34C. I guess it is issue all over Europe. We got lucky bcs it wasn’t so hot in Vienna and we just opened window.

Great hotel in the middle of Vienna. Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic rooftop restaurant. Rooftop swimming pool (quite small). Nice airy room, although the shower was actually in our room and not in it's own separate bathroom. It was fine for us but some travelling companions might find it lacks privacy. I believe that other rooms have a separate bathroom. Ideally located for all attractions, but is located on a busy road, something to bear in mind if you have the windows open at night, although this did not bother us.

Excellent bed and shower. Great location attached to two excellent restaurants and near the most central tram and subway station, karlsplatz. Exactly what we expected and highly recommend.
