Room was a bit dusty. Did advance check in but still had to do the whole process there (not sure what the point was?). Restaurant dinner buffet was disgusting. Otherwise, everything was okay! The rooms are nice and modern. Loved the bath!

The hotel it self was great, clean, modern rooms. Unfortunately while I was there, I woke up to a pinched nerve in my back which led to me calling for an ambulance. I left behind my shoes and coat, the hotel packed those up and had them delivered to the hospital which was only three blocks away. I was grateful for this. However, I wasn’t sure if I was going to be discharged or sent back to sleep in a hotel that night, since I couldn’t drive myself home. So I inquired about another night stay at the park lodge. The manager seemed sympathetic to my situation and said she would offer me a discounted rate. Of $350. She claimed that the regular price of the room for that night was $700. I then checked Expedia and it had the same room for $350. So she lied.

Loved the pool & hot tub, hated how the fitness room was in the exact same area with no doors or anything to separate it from the moist pool air. Excellent location to walk and explore however don’t recommend if you aren’t looking for a very family friendly stay seeing as we got woken up @7 sharp every morning by kids running up and down the halls & slamming doors
