The location and room was amazing. What a great harbour front view when you walked into the room. Room was so clean and beautiful. Was shocked to find out this room had complimentary bed turn down service. Was on the 23rd floor which was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Sea to Sky Suite on the fifth floor. Well worth the upgrade. The patio was huge and it overlooks the heated pool. Our suite was very clean and very spacious. A one bedroom king. You also overlook the harbor. During the World Cup you look straight at the screen that every match be televised. We also had Gold Room access. I’m not sure that is worth it. The space was to small compared to the Fairmont Empress on Victoria Island. It was much larger and more luxurious. At this Fairmont the space was way over crowded. At breakfast I felt like I was at Hampton Inn. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Regardless, I loved the hotel. Be prepared to be around a lot of tourists when you go outside. The ships also dock there. One last note my partner and I had a late lunch at the restaurant. Fabulous service and staff! Way to go! Food was good. I had the filet and mashed potatoes. Delicious. My partner had the chicken. Delicious again. Check out was great at noon. Our car was parked at the door, suitcases packed by the bellboy and we were off. Vancouver is beautiful.
