It wasn’t a long stay, but it was great and we really enjoyed that the pool was open later. We were able to get in a little pool time once we got there. The staff were very nice. We didn't have breakfast but had dinner and it was excellent. I would stay here again on our next trip in Toronto area. Thank you

We had flight cancellation on air Canada Booked this hotel last minute. Shuttle was great and free. Drivers really nice. Checking in was very easy and quick. We ate at the restaurant. They had vegetarian options.

Room walls on connecting rooms were paper thin. Could hear everything from adjoining room. Room was small. Lousy response for housekeeping. No room service. High prices, mediocre food in Restaurant. Front desk had people who didn’t speak English clearly. Redeeming factor : shuttle to airport 24/7 every half hour.
