Such a great place to stay. Had an early morning flight, and being about three minutes from the airport was very helpful and the free shuttle is great. Amazing staff, will stay here again next time I’m in Thunder Bay .

Hotel was nice but for over $300 a night, it could’ve been cleaner. I picked up the tv remote and it was all sticky, obviously not cleaned. There were dirty fingerprint marks on the bathroom door and something sticky on the desk. They did give me a new remote. Breakfast was good.

New construction. Very clean, bright and well maintained.
Efficient layout with all the amenities. Designed for comfort. Parking could be a problem in peak periods.
Nicely designed breakfast area with excellent food and good, healthy choices.

Overall experience was average at best. Expected more from a newer Hampton Inn. Price was high for the quality of the facility. Could have had the same experience at a Super 8 for a lot less money. Only thing that made me smile was the cookies. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter.
Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters took for ever and did a poor job of toasting the bread.

front staff were very helpful and friendly. The person who checked us in remember speaking to me a couple of days before our arrival. Perhaps, because some travelers would only have a carry on like us providing body lotions would be perfect.

The only reason it wasnt 5''s across the board is because the first room we were assigned had a bit of an odour. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they assigned us another room right away and were beyond helpful. This was due to the previous guest not the hotel or cleaning staffs fault the cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast and ammenities.
We would 💯 recommend this hotel.

Breakfast needs a lot of work. Eggs were cold and tough. Juice machine needs cleaning - juice tasted moldy. Sausage wee not edible. Food not replenished in a timely fashion
