Great hotel Rooms are large and very nice with everything you need. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. I would stay agaiyand highly recommend it.

Helpful friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of foods to eat stayed here before and would return again.

The only reason it wasnt 5''s across the board is because the first room we were assigned had a bit of an odour. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they assigned us another room right away and were beyond helpful. This was due to the previous guest not the hotel or cleaning staffs fault the cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast and ammenities. We would 💯 recommend this hotel.

The rooms were good, staff very friendly, breakfast good.

Breakfast needs a lot of work. Eggs were cold and tough. Juice machine needs cleaning - juice tasted moldy. Sausage wee not edible. Food not replenished in a timely fashion

Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing but the second morning it was much better. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Everything satisfactuary.Best place to stay in Thunder Bay.Would like to see a senior discount and a discounted rate for travelling for medical appointments.

They accommodated me during my day over, which I was able to leave my vehicle for an extended period of time, including my shuttle to and from the airport. My room as always was very exceptional and super clean uncomfortable. The breakfast is a handy breakfast to have if you are running late or would just like a late snack. It’s a standard hotel breakfast.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and upon checkout. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Nice continental breakfast.

Convenient location

The hotel in general and the rooms are very clean and well organized. Staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is typical and is served very fresh and the breakfast area is in a pleasant environment. Parking lot is very snowy/ icy (April) and could use better treatment as many areas are very slippery. the gym is on the smaller side but you can still get a nice workout. The hotel is located very close the the airport, which is convenient however the rooms facing the airport can hear the planes taking off. The shuttle is running daily from 4am and every 30 minutes which is very helpful. overall a nice stay here and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
