Not enough staff - check in takes forever as does anything else you need the front desk for. We had someone slamming a door until 1am and the hallways echo. Not a great experience at all.

Restaurant was great, property nice area to sit outside and enjoyed the outdoor pool. The lobby store was very overpriced for wine plus I had a service charge of $10. So one small pizza and a bottle of white wine that is $14.99 was almost $100. Staff was fabulous, and clean hotel

This property is in need of some major updates. The rooms are tired with musty carpeting, stains on surfaces etc. the elevators are gross, some don’t display the numbers. The elevator doors and walls are scraped or faded or rusted. In general hotels also have to do a better job managing the kids sports teams and their drunk parents. They leave their doors ajar so everyone can move from room to room and all the other guests get the privilege of hearing their noise. The parents gather in the lobby in the evening, take up all the lounge space, remove their shoes and get drunk while they let their kids run around the hotel unsupervised. Since when is this acceptable! I see it all the time now when I travel. Parents should know better and the hotel should not allow them to disrupt all other guests.

Great stay beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Some maintenance for leaky sink and shower took awhile to get warm. Still a great stay and close to everything.
