Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites

We had a suite on the 24th floor of the south tower, with a wonderful view of both waterfalls. Excellent AC. Very clean. Prices were what you’d expect at a Hilton in a tourist attraction, both for the room itself and the breakfasts. Check-in and -out lines were a bit slow;? There weren’t enough service people at the desks, and some customers took 5-10 minutes to get sorted. Not sure why—we were in and out in 2. DO NOT PARK AT THE HOTEL! We were charged C$75 per day for self-parking. At the casino across the street it was C$20 per day. To use the pool, You had to schedule a time.

The queue to check in was 30 minutes long and took a while to go through check in process as the computers crashed. Housekeeping replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. We requested for the beds to be made which we were told they would be but they weren’t. We complained and received compensation. We used the gym which was ok but not much room especially in the weights section. The view was great over the waterfalls. The bar was good although ran out of Coors.

Loved staying at the Hilton everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and always making sure we had the best time! Will definitely go back!

We checked in about 7 pm on the night of a show we were attending. No line up checking in and check in went smoothly. We parked in the off site lot for $45 and shuttle was great.

There was no parking left of any kind so we were told to go to the off site lot & a shuttle would bring us back. We were told to follow the shuttle bus in front of us to the lot which we did. However the shuttle drove to the employees parking lot! We had to drive back to the hotel lot & then we were given a small map to the off site lot. We should have been given that map when we were told they were full!!! It was a complete circus! I didn’t even wanna ck in & stay there anymore! A horrible way to start our stay & we will never stay there again! There are several other high end hotels to choose from & our son & family took our advice & stayed at diff hotel!

Parking at the hotel was a little confusing. Hopefully we did it right. Line was a little long to check in. Other than that it was great!

The view was incredible and the jet tub was so relaxing. My room was clean and spacious. There’s so many delicious restaurants in the hotel and you can walk to Niagra Falls within 10 minutes.

The view of Niagara is fabulous. Get a room with a view of both falls. The jetted tub was a welcome sight after a long time on the road, however the faucet didn't work and I was not able to use it. I let them know after the fact, but the moment had passed and it was late and I didn't want them to come to my room.

Better ways to connect to WiFi & smart tvs

Beautiful room with a view of the Falls, lovely hotel w/ numerous restaurant options. Easy transportation to all attractions & very helpful concierges.

Pool time- we were made to make reservations -when we got in kids galore were in the adult pool/hot tub. Monitor did nothing even when we complained. Very dark room especially around the coffee area and the little back room to put your stuff. Also no lighting in the shower or zero shelves to put your stuff. We were told we’d have a “falls view” our view was look out your tiny window and look left. When we complained they said we booked a compact king room which this was correct but there was no explanation of that when we booked or when we talked abt wanting a falls view when we checked in. The air conditioning was so high which made it cold everywhere even in the restaurants which made it miserable and not relaxing. Very very expensive restaurant:drink prices although the food was good. Disappointing for such a pricey hotel. We are even a Hilton member.

I will definitely go back .

My granddaughter had a bloody nose at breakfast one 33 floor. Staff jumped in and were just wonderful.
