Everything was wonderful! Only thing I wish they would do is put microwaves in the premium suites at least. We had left overs we wanted to eat for midnight snacks and had no way to heat them up. Other than that it was easy to check in and out and it was a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms!

It was very convenient location!! The only thing not so convenient was the parking, I guess it depends the week you go, but the on-site self parking was sold out when we went (May 8-10, 2026) and the only other option was off-site parking… it was a block away, not bad but I would’ve paid the extra for onsite parking for the convenience. Make sure to bring cash because there’s so many other overnight parking lots that are only $30 a night!!! Right across from the hotel. The hotel was so nice, renovated and clean! The check in was quite long but expected, the only thing I would add that was a little weird was our washroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan, and when we called it in they said there was one… but the entire ceiling was plastered… so not sure how that was the case, we just had to leave the washroom doors open after use to let the air out… otherwise I will stay there again the gym and pool were great!! (We got room 2501 btw)

The hotel was beautiful! We arrived and got a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom suite overlooking the falls! My son was beyond super excited! The only part we weren’t excited about was upon arrival we were transported to an offsite parking lot without any mention of cost and when we left in the morning we were given a $65 parking fee! After a great stay this was disappointing especially when the concierge did not tell us that when they brought us over (we hadn’t set step in the hotel when this happened!). Appreciate the room and upgrade, disappointed in the large parking fee!

We were admittedly apprehensive about staying at the property due to past experiences, but decided to give it another chance as we were attending a concert at the OLG Stage and wanted the convenience of staying nearby after driving in from the city on a Friday. Unfortunately, the experience was once again disappointing. The property is in poor condition and feels quite run down overall. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and throughout the night I could hear both the elevator and noise from neighbouring rooms through the vent. The check-in line was also extremely long, close to half an hour, and it was frustrating to then learn that parking was unexpectedly offsite. The whirlpool tub was unusable due to a silverfish in it, and despite arranging a late checkout, housekeeping entered the room while I was changing. I do want to acknowledge that the staff were doing their best, and I appreciated that the offsite parking fee was compensated. However, the $55 credit does not adequately reflect or compensate for the overall experience. Paying $390.21 for this level of accommodation and service is honestly quite shocking and not at all what I would expect from a Hilton property.

Very Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected from Hilton My family and I stayed from May 6–9 but ended up shortening our stay and checking out after the second day due to a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. Check-in took about 45 minutes, with a long line and no clear system in place. Guests were visibly frustrated. I spoke with the manager, Jason, but he didn’t seem equipped to resolve the situation or provide clear direction. The overall cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Hallways had trash scattered throughout, and our room was never serviced despite calling housekeeping. No one ever showed up. There was also a fire alarm/annunciator issue around 2:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. When I called the front desk, the staff did not appear to know what was happening or how to address it, which was concerning. Additionally, the hotel does not match its online images. The photos appear misleading, especially the infinity pool and scenic views, which looked significantly different in person. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Loved this hotel!! Great location to see Niagra falls if you choose that room view. Food and activities are close by. If you like to play at the casino, that was right across the street. The room was clean and nice and big!

Excellent staff, room was comfortable but they need more hooks and places to put things in the bathrooms. There are 5 places to eat in the hotel with many other places to eat within two blocks of the facility. Great views from our room.

Clean, fresh, beautiful dinner at Corso’s for a reasonable price.!only issue was that the sheets were extremely stiff and starchy. Not soft at all.

It was very convenient location!! The only thing not so convenient was the parking, I guess it depends the week you go, but the on-site self parking was sold out when we went (May 8-10, 2026) and the only other option was off-site parking… it was a block away, not bad but I would’ve paid the extra for onsite parking for the convenience. Make sure to bring cash because there’s so many other overnight parking lots that are only $30 a night!!! Right across from the hotel. The hotel was so nice, renovated and clean! The check in was quite long but expected, the only thing I would add that was a little weird was our washroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan, and when we called it in they said there was one… but the entire ceiling was plastered… so not sure how that was the case, we just had to leave the washroom doors open after use to let the air out… otherwise I will stay there again the gym and pool were great!! (We got room 2501 btw)

The hotel was beautiful! We arrived and got a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom suite overlooking the falls! My son was beyond super excited! The only part we weren’t excited about was upon arrival we were transported to an offsite parking lot without any mention of cost and when we left in the morning we were given a $65 parking fee! After a great stay this was disappointing especially when the concierge did not tell us that when they brought us over (we hadn’t set step in the hotel when this happened!). Appreciate the room and upgrade, disappointed in the large parking fee!

Everything was wonderful! Only thing I wish they would do is put microwaves in the premium suites at least. We had left overs we wanted to eat for midnight snacks and had no way to heat them up. Other than that it was easy to check in and out and it was a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms!

We were admittedly apprehensive about staying at the property due to past experiences, but decided to give it another chance as we were attending a concert at the OLG Stage and wanted the convenience of staying nearby after driving in from the city on a Friday. Unfortunately, the experience was once again disappointing. The property is in poor condition and feels quite run down overall. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and throughout the night I could hear both the elevator and noise from neighbouring rooms through the vent. The check-in line was also extremely long, close to half an hour, and it was frustrating to then learn that parking was unexpectedly offsite. The whirlpool tub was unusable due to a silverfish in it, and despite arranging a late checkout, housekeeping entered the room while I was changing. I do want to acknowledge that the staff were doing their best, and I appreciated that the offsite parking fee was compensated. However, the $55 credit does not adequately reflect or compensate for the overall experience. Paying $390.21 for this level of accommodation and service is honestly quite shocking and not at all what I would expect from a Hilton property.

Very Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected from Hilton My family and I stayed from May 6–9 but ended up shortening our stay and checking out after the second day due to a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. Check-in took about 45 minutes, with a long line and no clear system in place. Guests were visibly frustrated. I spoke with the manager, Jason, but he didn’t seem equipped to resolve the situation or provide clear direction. The overall cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Hallways had trash scattered throughout, and our room was never serviced despite calling housekeeping. No one ever showed up. There was also a fire alarm/annunciator issue around 2:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. When I called the front desk, the staff did not appear to know what was happening or how to address it, which was concerning. Additionally, the hotel does not match its online images. The photos appear misleading, especially the infinity pool and scenic views, which looked significantly different in person. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Loved this hotel!! Great location to see Niagra falls if you choose that room view. Food and activities are close by. If you like to play at the casino, that was right across the street. The room was clean and nice and big!
