Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites

We came for a concert. It was a great hotel but a little rushed. Hope to visit again for a lo get stay.

dildnt get the usual upgrade, alot of noise from nearby room and the hvac was not working well the room was stuffy and very hot all the time

Everything was perfect, our room had the best view to the fall, at the evening time we asked for wine glasses and plate but they charged us for that , for such an expensive hotel…. However everything was perfect and what we were expecting. Easy access to restaurants and dt , also in room slippers and toothbrush brush missing But overall had the best experience there for my birthday

Just had breakfast at Starbucks on the way out. Really loved the live entertainment at Lucky’s.

By the time I arrived at the property, the weather conditions were poor. I had planned to park at the hotel, but the staff informed me that the parking lot was full. As a result, I had to park off-site and take a shuttle back, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, when I used the towel, I noticed there was something inside it that shouldn’t have been there. Also, there should have been two glass cups provided, but I only found one.

Property looks beautiful great location. Had a suite floor was dirty and they made us park offsite even though I called to ensure parking. No luggage carts to rooms have to use bellhops.

Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it! Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :( Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly. That aside, overall a great stay!

Conveniently located. Restaurants and pool should not close at 9pm on Sundays as it is difficult to enjoy the amenities if you check in that day …

Each hotel room is NOT able to control it's temperature during spring/fall as the entire building must switch between Heat/AC on a particular date. This system is common in some condos, but is not acceptable in a hotel of this 'quality' and price. We woke up each morning with our rooms at +30 degrees C (86 degrees F). I say 'wake up', but we were unable to sleep in that heat. We ended up sleeping with our doors open to take cool air from the hallway. The temperature outside was below-seasonal at about 12 degrees C. Had we encountered warm weather (Not unusual in spring.) I'm sure the rooms would have been completely unbearable. A Hilton braded property should have a heat pump in each room so that guests can enjoy a temperature that allows them to sleep comfortably.

Didn’t get no sleep cause the heat was on and the A/C wasn’t working. They said there was nothing they could do. Also front desk charged my credit card two deposits not one

Nice hotel - poor rooms. Air was off and on, bathroom has no fan. Parking was full, so we used the hotel outside lot, $180 for 4 nights. It was okay. Staff was great.

The room was perfect, clean and a perfect view of the falls and surrounding area. We had the Brazilian dinner at Brasa, delicious. Breakfast was delicious the coffee delicious. Plan to go back in the fall.

Wonderful staff, amazing room and view of the falls, great places to eat within the hotel and around it. Overall was an amazing stay for myself girlfriend and I. I will definitely be back in the future
