Because we got a room facing the falls and with no obstructions in our way the view was very good. I didn't like the high cost of parking. I did not like that some of the plug ins didn't work. I didn't like we had to hunt for the coffee pot. I did not like the toilet so close to the shower wall. I found the air conditioning did not cool the entire room and that it was noisy

Hidden fees are extreme. Off site parking is $45 a day. During my stay, no on site parking was available. On site parking is even more - $100 per day. Today I was hit with taxes and fees that are 30% of the daily rate. Breakfast was Rice Krispies, granola/yougurt, a banana ($6), 1 OJ and 1 coffee and the total bill was $100. My last stay here was >10 years ago. How things have changed. I accept the current economy and inflation but this is obscene abuse of clientele. The facilities and staff are excellent but not worth the price after being fleeced financially.

The room and facilities were excellent however for some reason we were told we had to park offsite when other guests parked in the underground parking on site. They do provide a shuttle service but still no explanation for people being diverted? ….. Overall a great stay at the Hilton and great live band….Michel

The parking situation is outrageous - we had to park in overflow parking 3 blocks away from the hotel, and paid $98 for two nights. There was a shuttle bus to and from the parking lot but you had to wait for it - and if you walked , there was no sidewalk in the lot street. Also, there’s no locker room / change rooms for the pool. There are 2 large unisex bathrooms, that’s it.

Everything was so excellent the stay, staff and the view of the falls. Only thing that I was not impressed with was I have to pay 24$ plus taxes for a single movie to watch on tv and they dont even give access to cast phone or ipads.

Check in took a while as a lot of guests came at once. Parking garage was full and had to park at a an offsite lot. Thankfully there was a shuttle. Very nice hotel with great restaurants. If seeing a show at the OLG stage, this is the best hotel to stay at.
