No infant crib - staff think a pack and play is a crib. Families beware.

Check in was a nightmare! Hundreds of people waiting as computers were down and I’m told by staff this happens often. No microwave or table in the suite so any in room dining would have to be on the bed and no way to heat anything up. Coffee maker was so slow and spewed everywhere while brewing. Our second day there around 4pm we returned home from a day out to get ready for a concert and found a couple in the hallway outside our door with all of their belongings. As I tried to enter our suite my keycard wouldn’t work so we tried the second one which didn’t work either. We were then informed by the couple that they were given our suite and upon entering it saw all of our belongings and went into the hallway to wait for the management to come up an rectify the situation. After they gave us their keys to access our suite I called the management which took forever even on the preprogrammed in room phone. They offered a measly $75 per day credit, which I had to chase them down for as it didn’t appear in my account. On our final night we planned to return to the suite after dinner to enjoy the fireworks one more time. Upon arriving to the suite which was located on the 46th floor, we found that once again our keycards were deactivated. Back down to the desk we were given a lame excuse that they were defective, not an apology, just an excuse. We returned to the suite as the fireworks just started, frustrated, upset and mentally exhausted from this hotel. This was our honeymoon.

This location was absolutely stunning, walking distance from a lot of stuff, staff was very helpful, it was very busy on the weekend, but even with it being busy, they were pretty on top of things. And the views from the hotel room were absolutely stunning.

Wonderful view of the falls. Spacious room. Jetted tub was large and a big plus to our stay. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast way too expensive. Pool too small and not enough chairs to sit around. One pool was closed. Overall, stay way too expensive. Hilton is overrated.

Room was clean and staff super helpful

Checkin takes way too long.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Fallsview Hotel. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths, with convenient access to the Falls and nearby attractions. The only downside is that the hotel itself is starting to look a bit dated. While everything was clean and functional, the rooms and common areas could benefit from some updates and modernization. Overall, it’s a great choice if you value outstanding service and an unbeatable location, and I would consider staying here again.

The place was convenient in terms of transportation as the hotel is near the WeGo bus pick up/drop off. The Falls is also walkable from the hotel. The one thing I didn't like is that the water not complimentary for non Hilton members. If we pay for the stay, bottled water should at least be complimentary. Non members have to purchase water. The room is spacious though, the pool is overlooking the Falls. We had a really nice stay overall.

Room I stay was smelly and have a dirty blanket covered by the white sheet and floor was kind of wet so much money for this hotel not worth it

Great location but very busy. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get checked in after a long day of travel. There was no onsite parking available and we had to leave our vehicle in a lot charging $35/day! The view was nice from our room but they deleted on their website pictures the parking lot we looked over to see Niagara Falls. The infinity pool was also misleading. We called for a reservation but when we arrived at 10 pm the pool was packed so we left. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was nice. The Fallsview restaurant on the 17 floor had a fantastic view and good food but slow service. The Starbucks in the hotel had no coffee?

Place was clean and very peaceful but the stuff at front desk and management suck. They told me they run out of bathrobe for two days straight and I had to wait almost for two hours to get towels and kleenex

The floor was soaking wet hot tub was not usable had to move to different room 11 pm ,other room never had pull out bed had to sleep 3 in a bed for a 500$ room wasn't worth it
