Great location and staff were so helpful. Our room air conditioning was broken when we checked in (it was 81 degrees farenheit in the room but only 70 outside) and they were able to switch our room to one that worked. Appreciate them making it right. The rooms were very spacious and we loved our stay!

Attached restaurant was closed but the staff was amazingly helpful, room very clean, amenities perfect, road noise more than expected but we did sleep well! Love the historic building details that were preserved!!

Clean room, good location, walkable distance to all scenery. Staff is super helpful: gifted us toothbrushes cuz we forgot to bring, and let us change a room when the neighbor has a crying baby. After change, the room is very quiet.

We loved staying at Hotel Port Royal. Our room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchenette and a partial view of the harbor. It’s walking distance to major old-town sites, with lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar-tender made a tasty manhattan. Would definitely stay again.

The room furniture could use a bit of updating. A better table and more comfortable chairs and sofa would make the Junior Suite that much better. Otherwise, the cleanliness was excellent, and the bedroom and washroom were well maintained and more modern. There is also plenty of storage for an extended stay.
