The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to check in earlier, 7am. We believed we could fly over night and be spry to play tourist upon arrival. 3 time zones later, we weren’t even sure what day it was anymore, we needed sleep. They also have a mini 24 hr market, by the check in desk, with delicious fresh salads and fruits. The central location was great for sightseeing (Hockey Hall of Fame and CN tower nearby) and dining ( Spaghetti Factory & The Keg right across the street). Looking forward to going back to this hotel in the fall.

Room was great, breakfast is great. fridge in room didn't work very well but they brought a new one. You can't beat the location. Our go to spot when visiting Toronto!

Room was clean with an inconvenient layout, but staff were friendly. Some nice restaurants and amenities around. Breakfast buffet was massively overpriced ($80+ for two people) for some powdered eggs and stale hashbrowns. The kind of meal that would be overpriced at 20$. Would personally never stay here again.
