We requested that the room was cleaned daily. This was not really Cleaning. They emptied the bins and made the beds but didn’t sweep and crumbs and food were on the floor as we were there for four days with two young children so we could have done with the floor being cleaned. However the room itself was beautiful the view was stunning. Breakfast was adequate and the pool was brilliant. The little one loved the playroom. A lovely hotel and excellent for children. Very close to the station and Tivoli Gardens. Love that the food court was nearby too.

Room was clean, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous! It was one of three best in our travel experiences. However, the sink was not very well drained to cause cleaning the face impossible. Tried to fixed by ourselves but in vain. The design of the shape of the room was not effective. In addition, the use of restroom in the morning would significantly bother the others’ sleeping in the room from the lights and sounds.

Staff were really nice and the breakfast was great. The room was cool. It’s a slightly odd set up in that it has two separate towers so you sometimes have to travel down, across and then up again to get to one of the amenities. But it was an excellent and very family-friendly hotel.

A premium hotel in every way. The staff were the friendliest and went the extra mile. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Having a pool and gym was a plus. The location was perfect, across the road from the harbour so you could walk the promenade all the way up to the Little Mermaid, taking in all the sights along the route. Also close to 17 bus to Central Station for connections across the city. And the Mall across the road offered more places to eat and shop. Thank you for a lovely stay, we Loved it and will be back!
