For me the hotel represents good value. I like the location by the river and there are plenty of places to eat and drink at within a 10 minute walk. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style but as with all buffets, it’s in the timing. Nice bar which we used as well. Not our first stay here and won’t be the last.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Parking using the on-site facilities was very easy and it was just a short walk to the Quayside. If you are planning to visit the heart of the city it is a steep climb up the steps nearby

Not much choice for the buffet, nothing local or home made. There is always something missing on the buffet and it takes time to get the refill I wonder when was the last time the floor was cleaned in the bathroom

Lovely clean and very spacious room, standard double. The bathroom however really needs an upgrade, possibly made into a shower room rather than bath with shower over. And please put adult height toilet in next time. Why do so many hotels have such low toilets? Bed really comfy, but room warm and stuffy, could not get fan to stay on. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Car parking was super, reason I chose this hotel
