Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and great shower, checking in was simple. A sheltered smoking area with comfortable seating outside and a fan was brought to our room quickly when we asked if it was possible to have one. All round a great experience would stay again

Lovely big room, bed super comfy! Staff all brilliant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. Spa was nice.. however it was very busy and not enough room in changing rooms at all. Also the lockers did not work. 45 mins was enough time for us.
