Spotlessly clean, friendly staff & a good atmosphere. Good access to DLR a flat walk of approximately 10 minutes. Perfect for Greenwich sightseeing I will use again

Good atmosphere, nice decor, clean rooms and generally quiet space. Not too long wait for the lifts either. Only thing is they could make it so one button calls both lifts and the closest lift then arrives to you but not a Biggie. Or helps avoid calling a packed lift.

We always use this hotel in this part of London. Consistently good, clean and comfortable. But I would avoid the room we had this time. Room 3. Very odd room at the top of a section on the side of the hotel. Zebra carpet was stained. You could only have all or none of the room lights on. So no soft bedside lights without the room lights on. Electric roof blinds where only one worked, just! And mold around the sides of the window. And a cold bathroom with only a small fan heater screwed to the wall. We will go back but never to that room.

Room was dated a tired, but fine. But make sure not to get a room with an interconnecting door. It was like my neighbours were in the room with me. The breakfast was gtim. If you didn’t want a full English you’d a choice of slimy ham, melon and yogurt.
