We picked this hotel for its great location and upgraded rooms for our family get together in Bristol. The rooms were big and the beds very comfy, the breakfast area was never too busy and the food was fresh. Even the coffee was customizable! The rooms had a kettle and tea/coffee facilites but no fridge .I could iron my clothes and put valuables in the safe , plus there were at least ten wooden coathangers . The multi level car park is next door- so easy ! the bar serves excellent beer choices and was open till at least 10.30 .You are in the middle of a great part of Bristol and can walk to all the major river sites . We will come back here next year too!

Free parking is a bonus so if you need to stay in Bristol city centre this hotel is ideal. Everything was ok except the coffee at breakfast which is truly awful!

We stayed at Future Inn Bristol with our two young children and unfortunately our experience ended very badly. After check out, the hotel charged us £109, claiming there was a urine stain in the room. We completely dispute this. Both of our children wear nappies overnight, we were extremely careful throughout our stay, I checked the room before we left. Despite asking, the hotel has provided no photographs or evidence to justify this charge. What makes this worse is that the room was not up to the standard we expected. When we arrived, it was generally dirty, the carpet hadn't been properly hoovered, the towels already had stains on them, and there was a broken light next to our children's bed that seemed unsafe. One day we put the sign on the door requesting the room be cleaned, but nobody came. We also had no hot water another day, the hairdryer was broken, and there wasn't a fridge in the room. We didn't complain during our stay because we wanted to enjoy our family holiday rather than spend time arguing with reception. We were respectful guests, made a real effort to keep the room clean, and even reminded our children not to eat in bed or spill drinks. To then be accused of causing damage and charged £109 without any evidence has completely ruined what should have been a lovely family break. It left us feeling taken advantage of. I advise future guests to carefully inspect their room and take pictures before and after arrival as it really feels like a scam.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Only issue for us was our room was at the front of the hotel on 5 ‘th floor and there was a lot of traffic noise. So ask for room to wards.back. Inclusive car park is great too.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel on July 18, 2026. My experience fell significantly below acceptable standards, and I am disappointed by both the room condition and the lack of professional support from your team. Specifically, I wish to address the following issues: Parking Fine: During my stay, I incurred a parking fine while parked outside your hotel. This occurred because I was unable to return to the vehicle promptly due to a broken door in my room that required immediate attention. I had go up and down for ask your staff to replace and it talk a while, When I reported this to the reception team, I was told it was "my problem." As a guest, I expect assistance with reasonable issues that arise during a stay, not a dismissive attitude. Given that the delay was directly related to your facility's maintenance failure, I expect the hotel to intervene with the parking management company to have this fine rescinded. Room Deficiencies: Upon arrival, the television’s remote control was missing, making it unusable. Furthermore, despite there being three guests in the room (two adults and one child), we were provided with only one set of shower robe. Amenities: The internet speed was unacceptably slow, hindering our ability to use necessary services during our stay. The combination of these failures and the dismissive, unprofessional conduct of your reception staff has made this an incredibly frustrating exper

Overall the location was great, 20 minute walk to the centre, or couple of stops on the bus. Bus stop just outside. Rooms were spacious and clean, although our bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff were excellent. Zak on the bar looked after our party when we wanted to watch the England semi final. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. Jade and her colleague-sorry for his name-we’re great too. Friendly and helpful. Great value too, we hadn’t realised it was graduation week and this put the other hotels we looked at out out of our price range. As above bathroom could have been cleaner and servicing of the room was hit and miss, with sometimes beds not remade, bins not emptied or cups changed when other servicing had taken place. This was the same for others in my party.

I chose this hotel as it was one of the most reasonably priced for the room and not too far from the train station and city centre. It took about 20 minutes from the station because of roadworks and not knowing the way. The hotel is located across the road from Cabot Circus shopping centre which was great. The reception area was spacious with a seating area and refreshments. There are water stations on every floor. The room was well furnished and clean. Tea and coffee provided, proper wine glasses and a small carafe to fill with water if needed. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe and a flat screen tv which was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The bathroom was clean with a shower, toilet and towels, complementary shower gel, shampoo and soap. There's ample space for toiletries around the small sink. The only thing missing were bathrobes which were listed as being supplied with our room and I had to ask reception for them. ( I had to go to reception as our room phone was not working which I reported to reception) They no longer supply slippers. Breakfast can be booked the day before to take advantage of the reduced price of £16 per head ( £18 on the day) for a help yourself buffet style with both continental and cooked food on offer, tea/coffee machines, juices, cereals, fresh fruit and toast etc. Highly recommend as great value and the food was excellent. The staff working that morning were very friendly and helpful. Overall very good.
