This is my wife and I's favourite hotel, we love staying here, I think the cleaning staff do an amazing job, as the rooms are always clean and immaculate, topped up wit all the essentials, the, unsung heroes in my opinion! Some of the front of house team are the warmest and most welcoming, people I've ever met, I have say thank you to Maria for looking after us in such a high degree, she left us feeling we wished we could have stayed longer, which we will do next time because of her warmth and regards to us and her other guests, she deserves to be nurtured to growth and ... IBIS, you can't pay enough for what she gives your hotel and us, id also like a special mention, and share our appreciation to Gorsia{Manager}, in ore and appreciation of her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethos, couldn't thank her enough for her attention to detail and all our needs. We enjoyed our breakfast, only thing I'd add is bring back the fried/poached eggs! We need our protein guys, but seriously, many thanks to all at the Ibis in Northampton IBIS, you're the best see you soon. Mary/Peter

Good location, well worth the money. Staff excellent apart from the night security guard who wanted a full breakdown of who we were (I already gave him my full name and room number) carried on asking more questions until a younger staff member came from the back and stopped the multiple questions. In general staff were excellent.

Wonderful, cooperative, caring staff. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues with the room or anything else. Love that it was within an easy walking distance of the train station and bus station.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The paint in the room needed cleaning or painted over in some area. The bathroom sink had cracks in it. The worst was the mattress. It was way too thin. Had to use quilt to try and give me some comfort . Didn't work. It was a disabled room.

at 10.30 at night went into my room both bedside lights not working and wall light not working had to move the desk light to bedside to see anything. was too late to move rooms so put up with it till morning
