Lovely hotel, but if you are not a fan of frosted glass bathroom doors, ask if they have rooms with a proper door. I really dont understand why hotels do this. I was on my own so wasn't an issue.

The hotel is located in a prominent location close to restaurants, a park, and quick eats. The hotel was very nice, and everyone was helpful and friendly. The double room on the first floor was small.

It was flash in the lobby and bar, but the room was a bit basic, considering the price, and several things happened which they shouldn't in a top class hotel. The room I got had a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing, they got maintenance to come in and he just took off the flush panel banged a bit and put it back on, then about an hour later the same thing happened, a guy on reception said I could change rooms so I said yes and he came back quickly with my new key card and banged on my door to hurry me up, I had to rush getting packed to change rooms because of their fault with the toilet, and he never offered to help me with my case and was struggling into the new room. Awful. Then the window in the new room wouldn't shut I spent an hour fiddling with the hinge underneath to fix, didn't want to deal with reception after the toilet incident. Chipped paint in places and a stuck sliding door for the toilet, I had to get my friend who was visiting to pull it open and he struggled. He thought the room wasn't that fancy either. I booked late checkout and the girl messed that up and forgot to renew my key pass, she was nice though. Snacks were ridiculously priced as well. They never bothered to help me with my case on the way out like they did when I arrived. As an artist and writer Im probably not their normal visitor and also an older guy was pestering me to get in his car outside when I was waiting for my uber which was weird.

It’s not a hotel it’s a lady’s house, she is very nice but I don’t want to be a lodger. The bedroom was so hot no fans, no on suite wich is ok, but the toilet on my floor was is so small I have to have the door open to fit.. I am not a large guy. The breakfast was small but pleasant. Shower is on the ground floor and I was in the loft. It was a bit grubby and I won’t be going back.

There was a lot of staff we didn’t know what’s going on. The Parking is no parking at this hotel. The rooms were quite small for what I paid for. I think the staff did try but it was just lack of training I’d say

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and comfy beds. Our only issue was that our room’s air circulation system kept jumping up to 21 degrees when we were out, which was not what we needed when we wanted to come back to an icy cool room during a heat wave! But it quickly cooled each time when reset on the system.

The property was pristine. The food was delicious. The room was big. The AC left a lot to be properly cold. It ran slow and cooled very lightly.

I chose this hotel for the AC as there were some crazy warm days in London but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Really comfortable, friendly staff, good location, strong shower, and the room was well designed. I highly recommend.

Good location and good gym. Online room photos make rooms look much nicer than they are. Rooms are nice, but NOT as nice as they appear online. Hotel is pricey, but suspect due to location? Shower is dangerous. It’s a bathtub / shower combo. Tub lip is up to my mid thigh. I’m almost too short to step in/out. When stepping out of shower the step up, out and down is so big I couldn’t do it without holding the shower bar or my husbands hand Tub was also slippery & got worse once you use the soap in the shower. The hair products also did not dispense well. There is only 1/2 a shower door & it’s at the end where the nozzles are. I couldn’t reach in to turn the water on without climbing in the tub. Then when doing so would get soaked in cold water before it warmed up. I would have my husband reach in to turn the water on & let it warm up before I would take the giant leap over the edge The shower set up in so many ways is an epic “fail”. My husband is 6 feet tall and it was a hassle for him too. Another issue for the shower…..the walls are frosted for the shower and when standing in the bedroom you could see the shadow of the person in the shower. This would be awful if sharing the room with someone, kids seeing mom or dad in the shower etc. Total lack of privacy. Other than shower good hotel stay.
