Good location, clean room and helpful staff. Room is on the small side but to be expected for London. Otherwise cozy and a great place to sleep after a day of exploring the city

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Even when I lost my phone at a pub one of the staff assisted in calling an uber for me to get back there. … I like the boutique style and definitely would stay there again. However, having someone assist with luggage would be a plus and the rooms are a bit small. Overall it’s a great place with pricing and easy walk to the tube, tesco and to get to the city for shopping!

No tea making equipment, asked for pillows on second day but apparently full hotel and no spare pillow, asked for pillows on third day but only given one pillow instead of two, asked for one more pillow on fourth day and was told they don’t have a single spare pillow again. What kind of hotel doesn’t have spare pillows? Cheap one running on the lean is what it is.

Be clear that this is a budget hotel with TINY rooms, like barely able to get your suitcase in. It’s clean, modern and nicely located but I think the pictures are misleading about how small the rooms are. Each bed only had one pillow, so the amenities are scaled down as well. The only other thing we didn’t love was the touch screen for the lighting, we didn’t figure out the ambient lights were on the first night or how to turn them off which was inconvenient, but we got them off the second night. It’s relatively clean but the hallway smelled like urine the second night

Rooms are small, but there are a lot of compartments for storage. Otherwise it was clean and the bed was comfy after long days of walking around the city. Perfect location near the tube and straight shot on one line from the airport. Restaurants around the area were great but food at the hotel for breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip.

Dreadful check in experience. The woman on reception asked for my ID even though this is not normally the case. She then went through the whole check in process. She then made me do it on the self checkout - what is the point of a staff member/self-checkout if you're duplicating tasks?! She then rambled on about breakfast - including the weekend times even though it was Thursday and it was clear that I just wanted to get to my room. I usually like Point A because the check in is quick. The man who checked me in this week was great. Friendly and quick. They're usually quick at King's Cross as well.

Over the past six decades I have stayed at scores of former Georgian townhouses near London train stations that have been turned into hotels. This is the FIRST one that I've stayed at that has been completely remodeled and modernized! While the rooms are still small, they are beautifully designed, and the large lobby area is a great place to work (rather than your room where there is no real desk). For a few pounds more, I would opt for a room with a window. For the money, however, I would pass on the breakfast as their are many options in the area: two tube stops are nearby: Earl's Court and South Kensington. The staff is young and enthusiastic.
