Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away.

The hotel is really old and dated, very noisy. the location was good. front desk staff were clinical and lacked customer service. No introduction to the hotel. Restaurant staff were great. basic amenities of a coffee machine were missing.

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing around London. Rooms were spacious and we were fortunate to have a lovely view of Kensington Palace and The gardens. The only negative, we didn’t receive our VIP perks as Hotels.com guests.

This hotel is the perfect combination of location and retreat. It is centrally located next to the Kensington Palace and multiple museums & venues. We stayed in a garden view room & woke up to a beautiful vista and excellent daily buffet with everything you need to energize before a busy day exploring! The rooms were nicely decorated with technology upgrades but the mattresses could use improvement (we are used to memory foam - which these were not.). The only element missing was a pool, otherwise close to perfection at a reasonable price!

Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff on arrival. Excellent staff on at breakfast very knowledgeable and have great vegan options not so good on the second day unfortunately. Great location near to High Street Kensington tube close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Large bedroom with great view lovely comfy beds.

Really delighted with our stay. I was accompanied by my disabled daughter and the duty manager went the extra mile to make us comfortable and he did it in a non obtrusive discreet way which is such a refreshing change. The whole hotel is excellent

It’s pricey for the money,the room was small and a bath shower which was disappointing.The restaurant on the top floor was impossible to book over the 5 nights I stayed and the piano bar was disappointing with no ambiance.The staff were friendly and that’s the best of it but overall as I said it was pricey for what’s on offer.

Fantastic location, the property is a modern clean property, I just wish they had a good coffee machine in the rooms. The gym is right outside the hotel, but very close. However the equipments are old. Otherwise I would recommend this property.
