Really love this hotel. The staff is exquisite, helpful polite, and eager to help even without you asking. The managers are superbly trained and they almost read your body language from a distance to come and check on what needs to be done. Very attentive! Renovated property that is like an oasis in the middle of a challenging city. My too was very bright, overlooking Hyde park. Really loved everything about this place and would come again.

This is one of my favorites hotels in London the service is 10 stars. Always making sure the guests have the best experience. impecable service and always willing to hear comments to improve. This is my second stay and will stay in the next trip for sure.

Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful stay!
I arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 9 AM. I only expected to drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, they allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful for the flexibility. A special thanks to Mr. Moiez for the incredibly warm welcome; he truly made my arrival special.
Throughout my stay, every staff member was professional and kind. All of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently.
The room itself was fantastic, and I especially loved the beautiful park view. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. As for breakfast, the restaurant had a modern and cozy atmosphere. While the menu wasn't extensive, the quality was good and I enjoyed my meals there.
After checking out, the staff kindly assisted me with my heavy luggage, which made my departure very smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to London and will highly recommend it to my friends!

직원서비스가 교육이 잘 안된건지 문제 있음. 처음 디파짓을 100파운드 달라해서 냈는데 다음 직원이 보더니 (사정으로 방을 따로 예약) 50파운드면 되는데 왜 100을 받았는지 몰겠다고 취소 후 50으로 해줌. 근데 다른 문의로 또 프론트 직원을 만났더니 또 50파운드를 내라함. 이틀밤 지낸것 뿐인데 이 디파짓 설명을 수십번 햐야했음. 그리고 레스토랑 식사한거 빼고 나머지 디파짓을 지금도 아직 못받았음. 체크아웃 후 한달이 돼가는데… 진짜 이게 뭐라고 설명을 수십번해가면서 디파짓 돌려달라고 사정을 해야하는건지..?? 레스토랑 조식도 진짜 오믈렛이랑 스크램블을 어떻게 이렇게 이상하게 만들 규 있는건지 disgusting 이런 심플한 계란 요리를 대체 어떻게 이렇게 망치지..? 너무 미스테리함
호텔 위치만 좋고 나머진 다 별로임. 로비에서 피아노 바 소리도 들리는데 뭔 가라오케 온 분위기임

Boendet var klassat som femstjärnigt och kostade därefter. Vi hade höga förväntningar och blev besvikna. Vi blev erbjudna en uppgradering men detta skulle kosta flera tusen till.
Mörkläggningsgardinerna släppte in ljus upptill och på sidan. Duschen som var placerad i ett badkar var väldigt låg och en person på 1,82 m fick böja sig. Det skvätte lätt vatten på golvet från duschen då duschglaset var kort och inte tätt. Rummet saknade strykjärn och vi fick gå och hämta detta. Ventilationen (i taket vid dörren) lät en del, framförallt på morgonen. Ett ljud som lät ungefär som klickande på tangenter.
Fanns inga bra övriga ytor att nyttja på hotellet. Filtmatta i korridoren. Tråkig fasad.
Sängarna sköna. Även svalt rum trots värmebölja. Bra läge på hotellet. Fin park bakom hotellet.
Skulle säga att hotellet och rummet höll normal svensk standard. Skulle behöva vara bättre kvalitet samt mer övriga faciliteter för att motsvara det höga priset och de fem stjärnorna.

Room was clean. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and free water. Full gym with squad racks and dumbbells. Helpful staff to bring you shaving kit, dental kit, etc. HMDI plugin requires help from staff. Great location! Not exactly sure what VIP gets you. Normally, I get a meal discount voucher or a bottle of free champagne but I didn’t receive of these from this hotel.

We had an amazing stay! Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the room was spacious and clean. We loved being right next to the park. Easy to take the bus right in front of the hotel and the tube was a short walk away. Also easy to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is really old and dated, very noisy. the location was good. front desk staff were clinical and lacked customer service. No introduction to the hotel. Restaurant staff were great. basic amenities of a coffee machine were missing.
