The location of the property was great! It was two blocks away from from the High Street Kensington stop, a block away from the Kensington palace, and directly across the street from a great pub, the Goat Tavern. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a Deluxe Studio which had a huge bathroom, and included a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, nice towels, and great toiletries. The hotel could use some upgrading/modernizing of the bedroom area, to include getting a more comfortable bed/mattress and an upgraded hair dryer.

Wonderful Hotel on Kensington High Street next to the Palace and Gardens. Comfortable, clean and convenient with exemplary courteous staff this is by far our favourite London Hotel. There is a quiet confidence in delivering a first class experience, that only works when there is total team commitment. The Royal Garden Hotel has a team that provides an exceptional outcome every time which is why we return again and again. From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try.

Terrific location adjacent to Kensington Park and a short walk to the Palace. Room had a sitting area that felt roomy for two travelers. Staff were very helpful & courteous. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but the coffee station available every morning was much appreciated!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Royal Garden Hotel. The location is brilliant, only walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and so much more. Train station is only 3 minutes walk, and bus stop right at the hotel’s front door! Loads of cafes and restaurants around, a whole food supermarket and a food court. The staff were friendly and helpful, Moeiz and Kasia were so lovely. We requested early check-in and Moeiz helped us with that, we were grateful. Kasia was always happy to help with a huge smile, we loved chatting to her every time we walked through the lobby. The buffet breakfast is good, however it’s quite pricey, we found more affordable cafes around for breakfast. If I was going to name only one inconvenience, it would be the room size. The classic room was incredibly small, however the service and location makes up for that. All in all, a great stay, thank you. ☺️
