Perfect location next to Kensington Palace with bus stop and tube station but just a short walk away. Restaurant Origin was excellent.

The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future.

I travel to London multiple times a year (from the US) and when I visit I try to explore different areas and different hotels. But when I get a chance to repeat a previous hotel stay, I always make it the Royal Gardens. Their staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. The breakfast in the morning might be the best I have had at a London hotel. I always feel welcomed every time I stay. I highly recommend it. Regarding the tube - very easy to get to from the Royal Garden. I take the Heathrow Express to the Paddington station. From their its on the District/Circle line to High Street Kensington. It's a short walk from their to the hotel. No need for a taxi or shuttle. Regarding the area - there are a lot of good places to eat. The staff at the Royal Gardens are always good for a recommendation. Tones of food options for any price within easy walk. One of the simplest things about staying at the Royal Garden may be that Hyde Park is right outside the front door. It's great for a jog in the morning and a stroll in the evening.

Staff was great, room service was great. Management of the service at the Piano bar left much to be desired on a busy night; however outside of that experience no complaints. Excellent service, i will return.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all

Staff is amazing. Gym is HORRIBLE. it should not be advertised as part of the hotel. Very dirty and dark and loud. Very disappointed as this was a reason I boooked to stay there

Absolutely fabulous hotel - room was so comfortable and a high std - great Cantonese restaurant on the top Floor - best Dim Sum I tasted outside of HKG! Great breakfast selection. Will definitely return!
