I've found my go to hotel in London. Love the amenities in the room (robes, slippers, ironing board, coffee/tea etc), comfortable bed. Hotel has bar and dining area. Good breakfast selection, Helpful staff and 9 mins walk from Gloucester Road Underground, 11 mins to South Kensington Underground. Nice, convenient area.

Outstanding, Staff very attentive and competent. Prime location near Hyde Park and Gloucester Road. Room has all modern amenities and everything seemed to be brand new. Quiet. Everything was perfect during the whole 10-day stay.

Stayed 4 nights. The room was very clean and had daily room service. Safe, mini bar, complimentary toiletries and daily water, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, great quality towels and robes. Heated flooring in the bathroom, radiators and air conditioning. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were smart and professional. Nothing was a bother. Breakfast was plentiful and covered all options. Small bar area. 10-15 minute walk from tube station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Good location, however we (three women) were horrified when a strange man entered our room in the morning as we were dressing. The explanation given by management was that a 'new' staff member admitted this man to the wrong room. Unacceptable.

Nice hotel, nicely appointed rooms. 2 negatives: the coffee maker in the room sometimes worked. Heard there are issues with them. the second was that i could hear the rooms next to me and above me, was quite loud and kept me up at night/and in the morning. A quick walk to shops and subway, a quiet location, near the park .
