First rate hotel. Nicely refurbished in clean modern style. Great bar and snacks. Comfortable without being pretentious. Excellent location for museums, Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall.

Nice big bath towels. White company toiletries in bathroom. Sam showed us around room, how ambient lighting worked, air conditioning and use of coffee machine. Breakfast wonderful with gluten free options.

I've found my go to hotel in London. Love the amenities in the room (robes, slippers, ironing board, coffee/tea etc), comfortable bed. Hotel has bar and dining area. Good breakfast selection, Helpful staff and 9 mins walk from Gloucester Road Underground, 11 mins to South Kensington Underground. Nice, convenient area.
