Our stay here was wonderful. We were in a little studio and it had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. The property is very clean. It is also very convenient for the tube, restaurants and shops. Canary Wharf has everything you could possibly want and is meticulously maintained. We made use of the rooftop patio, free coffee in the lounge and awesome laundry facilities. I will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Pros: This property is nicely located on Canary Wharf. The listing shows a photo of a building right in front of the water with a yacht in front of that building. This hotel does not sit in front of the water but is walkable from the "boardwalk". Canary Wharf is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it's much quieter overall. Dishoom is a walking distance away. Staff is friendly and property was clean in general. Loved the kitchen and laundry on-site was convenient. Cons: My first time in Europe so I didn't know what to expect as far as room accommodations. We arrived when it was extremely hot and found out that our room did not have air conditioning, only a small fan. This is what caused the lower rating. I didn't know that "air conditioning" is something I would need to look for in a property listing. I was informed by Uber drivers that the hotel should have air conditioning. We had to sleep with the windows open and even then, it was very uncomfortable and hot. There is also construction nearby that started fairly early in the morning and you can clearly hear the disturbance with the windows open. Air conditioning did exist for the common spaces on the top floor. The bed is highly uncomfortable. If you want to stay somewhere where you'll get a great night sleep - this is not the hotel. I'm used to having great sleep from hotels with great quality beds and sheets. You won't find that here. The location is great but will most likely not return to this hotel.

I stayed at Vertus Edit few times. The location is good and the price is usually reasonable. A couple of points I noticed this time around. There is no air conditioning which was a struggle this time with the warmer weather. The iron available in the room isn’t a steam iron which feels a bit silly. The ironing board was so wobbly that makes it almost impossible to use it.

I was very impressed with the studio flat which was immaculately clean and perfect for our one night stay and approx. 5 minute walk from the Canary Wharf tube station and only one stop away from the O2 arena where myself and daughter went to watch a concert The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the propery had a lovely outside terrace to sit and relax. Next door to where we stayed was a lovely coffee and pastry shop open at 0700hrs. The kitchen area was lovely and complimentary tea, coffee and herbal tea in the room on arrival. A lovely view from our window of Canary Wharf.

Had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is beautifully done out, very modern and stylish without feeling cold or corporate. The staff were all so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. I especially loved the little kitchen area as it made the stay feel much more relaxed and homely. The eco-friendly touches were a nice touch too, especially the tea, coffee and bathroom products. One of my favourite parts was the upstairs terrace and communal area. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit, relax or even get a bit of work done, and it had such a lovely atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the whole place. There is parking close by and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. Would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
