It was a new hotel so it was very clean. I was very satisfied with a kitchen in the room and laundry room. (but they provided only 3 towels.)

I highly recommend staying at Vertus Edit. The rooms are fully equipped, kitchen wise and great bathroom products. The bed is comfortable with amble pillows. The laundry machines work well. You can pay with your card and washing product is available free of charge. The staff are really friendly and helpful, going the extra mile even at 3 am in the morning. The 12th floor has a lovely huge common area where you can have free coffee, tea & hot chocolate. The location is also great as it enables you to relax from the buzz of the city. There is even a serve yourself store. Definitely will stay at this place again when visiting London.

Nice, newly built hotel within walking distance to the Elizabeth line. However, it was hard to find due to a lack of signs, and even harder to get a cab there because of ongoing construction and changing road closures. In their second building, there’s a fitness center and a common area with complimentary coffee and a nice view. It’s a great hotel and it’ll be a great area once the work is finished, I’d definitely consider coming back.

Helpful staff, great location, clean rooms, near shops and restaurants

Great place, wonderful location, helpful staff!

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows couldn’t be widely opened. Therefore, I have had to sleep in a quite hot environment for 6 nights. Other than that, room’s size was good, staff was friendly and the location was amazing.

Ok room, unfortunately no aircon and the windows barely open. My parents are older and struggled with jetlag and sleepness nights in the British summer heatwave. Considering its a new building and modern was expecting better. Otherwise ok, I just wouldn't recommended if your staying during summer.

Very convenient to get tube stations and shop for some essentials, but No A/C in the room.

Property was fabulous - really clean, new, lovely. The initial receptionist was very brusque and bordering on rude (to everyone I witnessed coming in). This was an exception as the receptionist in the morning was really lovely and pleasant.

This hotel was lovely. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. We enjoyed our morning coffee so much in the lounge. Really lovely space to relax before our busy day around London. Would come back and stay again.

We stayed at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf for 6 days. While there were some positives, it was unfortunately very uncomfortable. Despite the property being brand new, there was no AC or cooling/fan system. During our stay, temps reached 32C and the room had poor ventilation. My friend, who has severe asthma was struggling due to the heat. We raised this with the front desk the next morning, explaining it was a potential health risk. Surprisingly, there was little urgency or assistance-just a mention that fans had been ordered but they don’t know when these will arrive. It wasn't until we spoke with Adlea, the night duty manager, that we received real help. She very kindly provided a Dyson fan, showed us how to unlock the window fully for better airflow, and offered a partial refund. Her assistance was much appreciated but our discomfort continued throughout the stay. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. The room wasn't cleaned once, bins weren't emptied and clean towels were only provided upon request. While we understand aparthotels can offer limited service, we've stayed in similar properties that provided much better support and basic amenities such as fans/AC even in colder cities/countries. The location is a plus, but the lack of AC, poor ventilation and minimal assistance with a health issue made for a really uncomfortable. Suitable only for very short stays.

The hotel was new and only opened a few weeks before our stay. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel still had a few teething problems so soon after opening, but the staff always helped us quickly and competently. Canary Wharf is an impressive district with many skyscrapers, shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. It's great for exploring on foot. The nearest metro station is only a few minutes away. We can only recommend the Vertus Edit and will be happy to return at any time.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Vertus Edit in Canary Wharf. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organised. The property was clearly signposted from the tube station, which made getting there stress-free. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Canary Wharf with easy access to a wide range of restaurants, shops, and amenities. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We really appreciated the small touches — they happily provided extra tea and milk upon request. The outdoor space is a real highlight: beautifully designed and well equipped, offering a lovely area to relax. The on-site commercial coffee station was a nice perk too. It was great to see oat milk options available in the machine, though clean mugs were sometimes in short supply. While there was a chai option listed, it was unfortunately never available during our stay. A couple of minor downsides: there was no cleaning service provided during the stay, which would have been appreciated. Also, the rooms were very warm, and there were no instructions for the smart panel, which made it difficult to adjust the temperature or settings. Despite those small issues, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend Vertus Edit to others looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay in Canary Wharf.

The hotel was amazing, very new and beautifully designed. Junior and Adlea were amazing! They were super kind and helped me a lot!! They went above and beyond to help me! I truly appreciate! The property has all the amenities such as fridge, microwave, hob, oven, etc I would totally recommend and I hope I will stay again soon!! Thank you sooooo much Guys!! 😊🙏😊🙏
