If I could give this place more stars I would. Our second visit to Vertus Edit and the staff yet again have accommodated us like no other hotel staff have. The rooms are exceptionally clean with perfect facilities for a short or long stays. This property is a 5 minute walk from the underground making it super convenient to travel across London. Front desk staff consistently greeting us as we entered and left the property - they are just so friendly.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus und ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosen gefilterten Wasser, sowie Kaffee. Allgemein sehr empfehlenswert und würde wieder kommen.

They secured our luggage when we arrived early in the morning so we could start our vacation without having to carry it everywhere. Then they gave me a text when our room was ready. The staff was super friendly and the place was even cleaner than my house. It does not have AC so if you coming in summer be aware but aside from that we only had great things to say about it. We will stay here if we come back to London.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are modern and well appointed. Couple of niggly things. TV signal and channels not so good. TV remote batteries were flat. Had to go downstairs to reception get them replaced and then back downstairs again get them put in the proper way around. There is no complimentary water in the rooms. They provide you with an empty bottle and you have to go to a water fountain on the top floor to fill it. Rooms do not have air conditioning. They provide a Dyson fan but it is not effective and you have to run it on full power all night, which is loud and is only marginally better. Digital door key cards appear to be a common issue as well. I'd probably stay there again but will consider a cooler time of year and take my own water.

Nice enough, Canary Wharf is a bit soulless compared to other areas in London but it’s ok. Finding the property from the Elizabeth line is a mission so be aware. The room was nice but no aircon which is surprising for a newish building and it was quite noisy with the window open so not the best in hot weather , also the tv reception was abysmal.

I really liked this hotel—so much so that I’ve already returned for a repeat stay. The location is absolutely fantastic, making everything you could possibly need walkable and convenient. I also loved the amenities on offer, especially having a full kitchen in the room to prepare my own food, and I thoroughly enjoyed making use of both the gym and the excellent co-working spaces. Throughout the property, everything was consistently clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff members were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My only real complaint is that the ventilation system in the rooms is quite loud. Because it cannot be turned off completely, it can get a bit annoying when you are trying to sleep. Otherwise, it was a genuinely good stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Modern, new and well laid out. Big focus on sustainability, which is a plus. No aircon in rooms, so stuffy on hot days like the ones when we stayed. Window blinds let lots of light in too, so if you need darkness to sleep comfortably, bring an eye mask.
