It was a new hotel so it was very clean. I was very satisfied with a kitchen in the room and laundry room. (but they provided only 3 towels.)

Room was clean and larger than anticipated and had a kitchen with everything you would need. Only stayed one night but would be a great base for a longer stay. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars close by and Canary Wharf station is only a short walk away.

A phenomenal stay! So peaceful, which is amazing because there is active construction work going on outside. Couldn’t hear a thing with the window closed and was high up enough to still enjoy the fresh air with the window open. Lovely views. A home away from home. The place was so spotless. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Everything worked. Bathroom was spotless. Water was a little lukewarm but I find this in hotels depending on the time. Not an issue for me personally. Another note, is that there wasn’t a lock on the back of the door. I still felt very safe irrespective of this but for additional peace of mind I think this will be a good addition. Door is keycard access only. Didn’t use it but I visited the laundry room and this too was spotless! 100% will be back. A beautiful ApartHotel. Everyone was friendly and informative. Sam was a diamond upon checkout! :) Roof terrace was lovely too! The attention to detail here is felt from the moment you step into the lobby, get into the lift and into your room. HIGHLY Recommend! :) Thank you Vertus Edit CW! Feel really rested and will definitely be back.

Great location for the O2, staff were lovely.

There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down

Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Great amenities including free coffee machine 24/7 in the lovely lounge. Within 5 mins walk of Jubilee underground in Montgomery Square, and 10 mins walk to the Elizabeth line. Morrisons Express just round the corner.

The staff are rude. It is not a hotel and an apartment building where most of the rooms are occupied. They value customers who are permanent residents building more.

The room was clean and looked newly refurbished. The reception staf were very helpful and the smell when you first walk in to the hotel I was divine! Beds were comfy.
