Highly recommended! The receptionist is very helpful. She even gave us a map. Very strategic location - directly in front of Metro Station, next to McDonald, a pharmacy behind the hotel, and other shops like supermarket, bakery etc. The room is comfortable and dishwasher, microwave, stove are functioning well. The hotel even provides free flow of coffee & hot chocolate drink.

Clean room with kitchen. Spacious. Complimentary coffee, water & milk. Could safely store bags when we arrived 6 hours before 3pm check-in. Lovely view of Eiffel Tower. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarket, bakery, short walk to Eiffel Tower. Adjacent to metro - however if noise bothers you please note the property is immediately adjacent to the train which runs every few minutes until late night - and also the metro causes the building to shake frequently.

Great hotel, nice secure facility in a wonderful location surrounded by all of the dining and shopping you could want plus easy metro access. As other reviews have said, there is a lot of activity around the hotel. You can hear the train (and the train tracks were around the same height and easily visible from my window so I'm guessing I was hearing it as good as anybody) but you adjust to it very quickly and it really isn't disruptive. Absolutely would stay here again.

The view from this room was amazing. However, based on what I paid, it should have been a lot nicer. They could put some money we are spending into making things better. I mean, I have to go get my own towels? I also tried to cancel 5 days before and would lose all my money. There wasn’t availability at the hotel I was staying at, but a spot opened up. The smell in the room was very strong and smelled like an air freshener. It gave me a headache. I searched for the source, but couldn’t find it. Maybe it was a cleaning product? I definitely won’t stay at this hotel brand again. Very disappointing! Especially since my last place was so good and cost less! 😕
