The location wasnt the nicest area which is no fault of the property. The actual hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful! My only complaint was the musty smell from the pillows but the room itself was great.

Friendly and welcoming staff and a great location for travellers. Not great if you have mobility issues, the sixth floor is only accessible by stairs and the lift (when it works) is very small. If you're in Paris for a couple of nights and want to be close to Gares du Nord or de l'Est, it's absolutely fine.

Room was clean and tidy although the shower set up left a lot to be desired. No matter what you did the entire floor beyond the shower area would be soaked. If you have a lot of luggage and aren't travelling alone you will need to make multiple trips in the lift. I have never been in one so small before in my life...it was maybe 2ftx3ft, so you can get 1 large case and 1 person in it at a time. Location was convenient to the stations and a metro stop is less than 50m away. Breakfast was basic but tasty.

It's very much a no frills hotel. The lift, although it says a maximum of 3 people, is really for 1 and suitcase or maybe 2 as it's not much bigger than a dumbwaiter and it didn't help as I was on the fifth floor. 😂 Anyhow, the room was reasonably clean, bed was okay (mattress was probably close to the end of its life). Temp control handle was missing from the shower so it was a bit fiddly to adjust. Staff were all okay. Breakfast was simple...pastries, bread, jams, etc. It is just 50m from the Metro and there are some fast restaurants nearby too, along with quite a few restaurants and brasseries.

The room itself was good. However, the lift to this property is very small. A wheelchair or Pushchair won’t fit. There is also two steps to get to the area where the lift its located. I had a small pushchair with my sleeping child. It was a nightmare to get on it and didn’t receive assistance from the reception staff.

The room was clean and tidy, it was a little noisy and the halls are very narrow especially with cleaning stuff left out during busy hrs. Location is great for public transport being within easy reach of Gare du Nord and Gare du l'est. You don't need to get breakfast there as there are plenty places nearby to eat from with better options and budget dependent. The staff were helpful if asked but mainly just were busy. Over all for the price it's a good choice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean with new towels everyday which is a plus. The location was perfect, close to public transport which gets you to the main sightseeing tourist places in Paris. The reason for the OK rating is the fact that there was zero heating in our room. December is cold and with children in a room at 10°F (-2°C) we had no choice but to sleep with layer. We like the cold but the room was even colder then outside. We were told that the heating was being fixed but due to the holiday it was not fixed during our stay. We could not switch rooms since the hotel was booked to capacity. Free breakfast was offered on our last morning there but we left too early to be able to eat. If it was not for the room's freezing temperatures we would have loved to stay here again.
