Hôtel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Location was great. The room was okay. Didn’t look clean especially the shower. Gym was decent. Small but good. Best part was it was super close to the Eiffel Tower. Loved that.

Ok where to start. Lifts slow and old. Telephone and TV didn’t work in my room. Came back at 4pm one day to find room not cleaned. Said to receptionist please ask for my room to be cleaned immediately, while I grab a coffee. Came back at 5.30pm still not cleaned. Gave up. One day came down for breakfast around 10.10am. Told breakfast finished despite hotels.com website saying breakfast was until 10.30pm. Poor quality hotel for the price paid.

Clean room

The rooms were nice and clean. Steps away from the Eiffel tower, lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were excellent before and during our stay. They were able to put our 2 rooms on right next to each other. The rooms were clean and ready to enjoy. The toilet was separate from the tub and sink. This was something we were not accustomed to but it was fine. We didn't use parking but it seems that there was access to some on site. The breakfast was not included but it was a good buffet option for a family with 2 teenagers. 20 euros each. The property was clean inside and out. There was always someone at the desk and security around. So we felt very secure.

The hotel are 2 minutes walking to the tower Eiffel also hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice I’m glad I stay there..

I booked a double room but the room was not great. The carpet was dirty and the room is very stuffy. With all the bad rain, the window couldn't stay open all night. But then the A/C is so noisy i couldn't sleep with it on. The bed, although comfortable, was very squeaky and generally the room is not of a 4* standard. On one of the days, what appeared to be a fire alarm went off, only to discover upon going down to the lobby that it was just my floor (6). No member of staff explained what was happening nor when it was okay to return to my room. Bad practice for guest safety. The hotel generally is fine. Great location for the Eiffel Tower but the staff don't seem all that friendly or primed in basic customer service. All in all, hotel is overpriced for the quality.

This is our home in Paris. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we love it because of the convenience of its location, with close proximity of the Eiffel Tower, safety-wise and a lot of restaurants around. The rooms are so clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, great view just being outside of the hotel :) if you plan to go to Disneyland Paris, the magic ways transportation pick up is just infront of the hotel which was a big plus for me! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast in hotel is amazing. Room was clean spotless everyday!

The stay was amazing! Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, and they accommodated all of our wishes!
