Great and clean villa for a family of 10 people. The villas are not close to each other, so privacy is well maintained. Highly recommended for a family stay away from the traffic congestion of Puncak.

I came here with my husband and our two dogs — we stayed at Tent 4. Honestly, we came with no expectations, but we ended up having such a great time. The sunrise view was fantastic, and the service was super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I visited in early June and it actually wasn’t that cold. After sunrise, the weather tended to get warmer. Overall, would definitely come back! 🤍

We got a welcoming drink and snack when we got there in the afternoon (hot tea and fried cassava). We ordered some food for dinner. We got another compliment in the morning, hot water (with the option of tea and coffee to make), and fried banana. Lastly, we got a complete set of nasi uduk for breakfast. All of them are nice. Besides the food, we were thrilled to stay there because the place is wonderful. The atmosphere was serene and calm. We could see Pangrango clearly in front of us. Hopefully we can go back there again. Pak Anto, the manager, is so kind and helpful.

The hotel's numerous swimming pools ensure it's not overcrowded. The hotel itself is spacious. A free upgrade is available upon check-in, making your stay at Aston even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was a complete children's play area, and there was a sauna, a rarity in Jakarta hotels.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. All staff were very friendly and responsive in serving guests.

I am very proud because I booked this hotel as a gift for my mother and my mother is very proud. All employees welcomed me nicely. All the food was delicious and fresh. The cleanliness of the room was also OK. Everything was OK.

I took the train from Jakarta for just one hour, and it turned out to be more enjoyable and economical, costing only tens of thousands of rupiah to reach my hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was strategic, allowing for plenty of culinary delights in Surken.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️
