Good service, clean place

The hotel's numerous swimming pools ensure it's not overcrowded. The hotel itself is spacious. A free upgrade is available upon check-in, making your stay at Aston even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was a complete children's play area, and there was a sauna, a rarity in Jakarta hotels.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. All staff were very friendly and responsive in serving guests.

I am very proud because I booked this hotel as a gift for my mother and my mother is very proud. All employees welcomed me nicely. All the food was delicious and fresh. The cleanliness of the room was also OK. Everything was OK.

I took the train from Jakarta for just one hour, and it turned out to be more enjoyable and economical, costing only tens of thousands of rupiah to reach my hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was strategic, allowing for plenty of culinary delights in Surken.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

Staying at Nemuru Grand Bhuvana Ciawi is more than just a night, it's an experience that pampers all the senses. From the warm welcome from the staff upon entering to the tastefully designed interior details, everything exudes serenity. My room was the very definition of comfort—clean, aesthetically pleasing, and calming. Enjoying mornings here with the mountain view outside my room (balcony) was a magical moment I will cherish. This place is truly an oasis for the soul in need of a break from the hustle and bustle of the world 🥰❤️
