This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

A pleasant stay. Early check-in was allowed, the room was clean, and the amenities were quite complete. The location is very strategic, on Jalan Suryakencana, a culinary paradise. The breakfast menu is very diverse and delicious.

I love this hotel because it's strategically located in the city center, close to everything, and close to the toll road. It's also right in front of the hotel, Botani Mall. So if you get bored in your room, you can walk to the mall 👍

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. One particularly memorable experience was a female guest at breakfast who appeared to be older than me and from a rural area. The hotel staff graciously offered her a choice of breakfast items, making her feel comfortable. Kudos to this hotel for its hospitality.
