It's really nice to stay here, at first I was hesitant because it looks old but in fact it's very well maintained and very comfortable! Family and very kids friendly, the morning grounding with the kids is what makes me want to go there again, the place is so interesting it feels like I'm in Bali even though it's Tangerang lol. Haven't tried the hotel yet but during my stay the villa was really the best, there are so many activities that can be done there because the facilities are very adequate from children to adult activities (like the clubhouse) + I saw that almost none of the employees were young (not that they were really old) and all of them were VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND MAKE IT ENJOY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, a very impressive authentic hotel 🫶🏻

The location is very strategic, being right inside the airport. This is very helpful if you have to depart early in the morning or arrive late at night. The staff was very professional during the check-in and check-out process. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are quite good. The food is also delicious and varied. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, as soon as they arrive they are immediately greeted and the check-in and checkout process is complete. Coincidentally, I was returning from Umrah and had to transit. The hotel is located inside the airport near Gate 4 (Terminal 3). The bedroom is standard (although not spacious but still comfortable + clean). The bathroom is clean, there is a hair dryer too. The AC is portable, efficient and fits the size of the room, still feels cool. Overall, a very nice stay, especially for transit, highly recommended 👍🏻 Thanks, d'primahotel ❤️

I've stayed here many times, the price is affordable, the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
The amenities are complete.
The food is delicious.
The rooms are fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other comforts. You won't necessarily find them in other star-rated hotels with very affordable prices.

Surprisingly, it was a good experience. I had little expectations, but they proved me wrong. The room was large and clean. The ambiance is welcoming but not overly so. I tried dinner there, and the food was great. Breakfast was also included, so there are a lot of choices to choose from. Transportation to the airport was provided, and it was excellent.

I only stopped by this hotel briefly because I had to leave for the airport early in the morning. The cleanliness was good, the room was comfortable, and the price was reasonable.
