It's really nice to stay here, at first I was hesitant because it looks old but in fact it's very well maintained and very comfortable! Family and very kids friendly, the morning grounding with the kids is what makes me want to go there again, the place is so interesting it feels like I'm in Bali even though it's Tangerang lol. Haven't tried the hotel yet but during my stay the villa was really the best, there are so many activities that can be done there because the facilities are very adequate from children to adult activities (like the clubhouse) + I saw that almost none of the employees were young (not that they were really old) and all of them were VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND MAKE IT ENJOY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, a very impressive authentic hotel 🫶🏻

The food is delicious.

The room was quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for a good night’s rest after a long working day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and met my expectations. The staff is very friendly, as soon as they arrive they are immediately greeted and the check-in and checkout process is complete. Coincidentally, I was returning from Umrah and had to transit. The hotel is located inside the airport near Gate 4 (Terminal 3). The bedroom is standard (although not spacious but still comfortable + clean). The bathroom is clean, there is a hair dryer too. The AC is portable, efficient and fits the size of the room, still feels cool. Overall, a very nice stay, especially for transit, highly recommended 👍🏻 Thanks, d'primahotel ❤️
