The Grand Palm Hotel in Pematang Siantar is a classy hotel with a great value. I booked a superior king-bed room online for 372,000 Rupiah, and I think it was well worth it. The room was comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, and two bottles of mineral water, along with sachets of sugar, tea, and coffee were provided. The only downsides were the bathroom—the shower head was a bit low, and the night air was quite quiet (perhaps comfortable for some, but for those who prefer a lively atmosphere, it was a bit too quiet). The hotel has a garden that creates a cool and relaxing atmosphere, and a swimming pool, which is a plus. It's strategically located in the city center, close to coffee shops and the Siantar Zoo. I was quite satisfied with breakfast, as in addition to the main course, there were also snacks like sliced fruit, fried snacks, and cakes. Overall, this is a perfect hotel for a comfortable stay in the city center with complete amenities.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, making for a great rest. The security is excellent, so you can feel at ease during your stay. The location is also strategic, surrounded by shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and relaxation areas. It's fully equipped for all your needs!

It was a pleasure to stay here again, because the staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the location was also close to the city and most importantly the price was affordable.

The hotel is clean, the service is super friendly, help for parents or disabled people moves quickly. The food is good, the choice is also quite a lot. Comfortable room, hot water is also available. If you are lucky, the durian is in front of the hotel.
