A pleasure. My first stay at the Grand Cityhall Hotel, and I was delighted with everything from arrival to check-out. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the amenities are complete and well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious and varied.

Every time I visit Medan, I always stay here. Swiss-Belinn Medan has become my second home in Medan. It's comfortable, clean, and the rooms aren't too big, but they're not too small either. The AC is cold, the water heater is hot, and the hair dryer works perfectly. See you on your next visit.

The hotel service was very friendly and check-in was fast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location is also strategic, and the sahur menu is delicious. Highly recommended.
